急激な少子高齢化や医療技術の進歩など医療を取り巻く環境が大きく変化する中で、2035年を見据えた保健医療政策のビジョンとその道筋を示すため、2015年2月、「保健医療2035」策定懇談会を立ち上げ、同年6月に提言「保健医療2035」を発表しました。20年後も現役世代である30代から40代を中心とした若手有識者等(平均年齢42.7歳)が、インプット中心からアウトカム中心の評価体系へ、量の拡大から質の改善へ、など、保健医療政策のパラダイムシフトを提唱しました。下記リンクよりダウンロードしてご覧下さい。
　
Dramatic shifts in population demographics and the rapid advancement of medical technology have led to significant changes in the health care field in Japan. Within this context, Health Care 2035 Advisory Panel has been established to develop the forward-looking and long-term vision of health care policies required to meet the needs of the next two decades with a focus of the year 2035. On June 9, 2015, the Panel has published report regarding strategies to address issues including public health promotion, health care system sustainability, contributions in global health, and community development. This report essentially calls for a "paradigm shift" that allows the system to fundamentally transform into a new health framework in a new era.
